Default upper/lower control arms

I couldn't find an answer on the internet so I have to as here?

What's the difference between upper and lower control arms? I know they give traction and plant yur tires to the ground but can you have just upper or just lower and befine or do you need both?

On AM there's two brands, J&M and steeda

Which brand would be better and work fine

autbadges.com has em as well, hes got MM and steeda, LCAs will make the bigger differance but you will see good gains from both

Do lowers..... unless other major work is done, uppers won't do much but bind.

MM are top notch, Steeda is good as well. Several companies make good control arms.

I haven't. I've got Roush and Southside Machine LCAs.
