Default Port and Polish worth it?

Given the mods I have done to the car, see sig below. Is getting a port and polish worth it? I dont have cams or aftermarket valve springs and lifters. But Im getting the motor rebuilt soon and considered this since the motor will be torn apart.

Dont plan to replace the cam and get more aggressive springs and lifters. So will a P&P be worth it?

What kind of power gains are you looking at if you get just PP upper and lower?

Dont forget the MAF, if thats not opened up you P&P wont be able to perform as much as it could.

Is the supersix power pack, the one with the P&P upper lower, cylinder heads, and cam shaft, really give you an extra 70-90 depending on which one you purchase?

port and polish! The best way is to start your car, then connect a tube from your intake and just place the tube in a tray of sand and the sand gets sucked in and polishes the intakes right where it is needed!
