so its been discovered that someone put somthing in my gas tank that started choking my car and has now totally clogged my injectors... a friend of mine has a set of 42lb injectors he will give me for free is it ok to put 42lb injectors in place of 19lb injectors =S

 

Just managed to clog the injectors? Not the fuel lines rails etc?

Short answer: No its not ok....

 

yep just the injectors they barely spray and it isnt atomised the rest of the system appears to flow just fine whys the long answer as to why they cant be used out of curiousity i thought the system was computer controls and the ecu would compensate??

 

Injectors require tune.

 

I can get you a set of 19's all flow matched and everything, I'll GLADLY swap you for the 42lb injectors.
