I heard Cobras are not bad. I think you can find them for that kind of money at best buy!

Supposedly one of the top, if not the best is the Valentine 1. But's it's $400. I just slow down, but some cops will get ya for doing 80 in a 70 one the interstate (which is against the law, but b.s. on an open road with little to no traffic)... that's the only time you need one.

.. put 4.10s in, and you'll drive closer to the speed limit just because of what you feel is a normal 'crusing' rpm range...

i usually travel down roads that i know where the cops like to hide.. so i usually dont have a problem.. if your speeding all the time, you develop cop vision....

Get an used valentine 1 off ebay. Use it until you can afford to send it in and have it upgraded. I've owned dozens of radars over the years. They pale in comparison to valentine. I bought a new one a year ago, then I did my speedo delete mod. Just kidding, but it is that good, I don't even pay attention to my speed anywhere, on any road, until the valentine tells me to.

How about just not speeding and you wont have to worry about it. And before you say anything, I do between 65-70 on the fwy (I like my insurance price the way it is...low).

lol @ the post above. Probably not the best driving practice. That said, I use a Cobra that I bought for about $100. Does the job just fine.

Yep, not speeding means no tickets, better fuel economy and more money in your pocket instead of spending it.

Plus, it doesn't hurt the rest of us who own Mustangs and don't like the idea of being lumped in with people who think that driving illegally is "cool" or "fun".
