Default engine swap

OK I was lookin at buying a new new mustang because I recently totalled mine. The one I crashed had a fresh rebuilt motor with maybe 400 on it. Would I need anything besides tools to take my motor out of the totalled stang into the new one? they both are the same year and both V6. thanks for the help.

na I never went through insurance I just bought the car that I hit with it and I have liability so I will just do this to it. when I took it to the body shop the bill would have been 6 grand or so. Also I new one is auto and I want the manual tranny out of the old one will that still be just a straight swap?
