Mine did that but i welded my own. I got a wire welder for christmas.

yeah the passenger side header dont like being in one piece... mine cracked clean in half :/

yeh i was mainly tryin to find out if anything else needed to be removed wit it. like the egr tube that has to be removed. and i donno bout six hours. i did it in 3 and that was not goin very fast. def could hav done it in two if i had been workin on cars longer

You 6 cylinder guys are lucky. It's a ****ing pain in the ***** to get tat the manifolds on the 4.6. Gotta drop the k member and everything.

Thats why you should get a 4 banger! No problem at all installing the new header.
