Default rubbing sound help!! please

so i was driving my car last night (03 mustang) and i hit a bump in the road. immediatley it soundes like my tire was rubbing on something on my drivers side. i went to the nearest parking lot to check it out, didn't see anything but when i went to drive again everything was fine. then 2day i was out driving everything was fine and it started making the noise again and now my car is home. took the wheel off to see if anything was rubbing and couldn't find anything.

so the noise sounds like my tire is rubbing against something on my front drivers side. it makes the sound going straight and while turing (slightly worse while turing) but it when i accelerate fast it doesn't make it (could just be the engine noise drowns it out). oh and the sound will like go away for a few seconds then come back.

any ideas on what could be causing this?
if you need to know more info to help, let me know
thanks

take the wheel off again, and look around to see if there are any rub marks inside the wheel well, and also look on the tire itself for any rubbing. It could be the front of your inner fender came loose and only pulls back into the tire when you're moving and the wind is pushing it back.
