stock clutch, i start by dropping at 2000-2300 rpms and build the rpms with the tires spinning untill they hit about 4k idk where i got 55 sorry, ive got a tru trac and 3.73s. my car company that had to replace my clutch last time found rubber in my wheel well and said they wouldnt do it under warranty because i wore it out doing burnouts, but it seems like if its fully engaged it shouldnt wear out, unless my pressure plates are not working properly

yes it's gonna hurt the clutch. Just as bad as racing on it will, nothing severe. Mine gets chewed up a good bit because when I do my burnouts I tend to feather it, especially when I'm doing donuts.
