OK changed my IAC and my car is still running blew the normal RPM its at like 600 and iits very bouncy.. What else could be wrong all i have done was Exhaust and intake?????????
im not sure but my alternator broke 3 times and thats what it did about 2 weeks b4 it went each time.. which is probably bc I have a monster audio system.. probably not in your case but just an idea..

mines been doing that for years its a vacuum leak that may be your case also
use a vacuum gauge or if you dont have one a cheap way to tell is to spray brake cleaner around the engine you will notice a change in rpms when you spray near the leak
