Default Rapid Left Blinker

My left blinker is blinking about double the normal speed. Strange thing is that all the bulbs are working fine and none of my fuses are out. Any ideas what might be causing it?

you probably have too much blinker fluid... drain some of it out

Just go ahead and replace all your bulbs. You are aware that there are 2 bulbs on each side in the back that are supposed to flash??
