thanks for all the info! i'm goin to end up using the studs.... i used them last time and they worked really well..... also i have the arp thread sealer and the lubricant to install the studs from when i did it on my fox, will that be sufficient? or shoud i buy the stuff from autozone in the grey/white bottle?

also, not to be a pita, where is a good place to purchase stuff from online? ive ben searching for head studs, but have ben coming up a little dry.... i searched www.moranav6racing.com. but it says from 86-95.... i need them for a 96..... i aslo looked at jegs and summit, but didnt find any....

www.delkperformance.com or www.supersixmotorsports.com have head studs

ARP is even better, just make sure it's still good and not starting to turn hard, lumpy, or has water vapor mixed in it.
