Simple question... not so simple answer. Where can i get a cable and software to connect OBDII to the USB on my laptop and then use my laptop to retune my cars computer.

buy a tuner and the tuning software and a dynomometer, have fun! You may also want to take a few weeks off from life to go to the classes on how to dyno tune, and then hope to god you don't blow up your engine
