Default CDC Shaker

I just purchased it for my stang and whenever my b/f gets done his harley we will start on my car (the beauties of give and take in a relationship haha) Just curious if anyone has ran into any problems when installing it or anything i should be aware about when installing it. I dont know anyone in my club who has it cause not many have new edge 6's honestly.
I have a GT hood on my 6 now and an extra one as well, so i just plan on altering that.

I would recommend bringing it to a professional for getting the hood cut if your going that route for your car. It's a once you start theres no going back. As far as that theres nothing else really to hard about the install pretty basic, the mounting brackets just bolt up to the engine and the shaker sits on top and you cut a hole into the stock air box with the cutout sheet the kit comes with for a perfect line up match. If you want a more better look to it id get the black appique painted but if i had the xtra cash lying around id get the actual mach1 hood so you don't have ssstang going around calling your car cheap after spending that around of cash on the stang. >:P

Other then that never had a problem with weather being a factor either, end result to be long story short.. I'm very happy with my end result on a intake for my car. Have fun!

Then you should be pretty good on the project. It's a really cool intake to have but nothing different to a normal under the hood intake.

yeah kinda figured that when i first sall the application that it was a fancier way of doing an intake. A buddy of mine has it on his 05 V6. Later down the road i might find a mach 1 hood and use it, who knows. But ill post up pictures when its done at least

The scoop looks the best the way it is in my opinion but deffently get the applique painted if you can't find a mach1 hood.

to me she looks awful right now cause ive been pulling mods off left and right to sell them and putting stock stuff back on till the new stuff can get here.
So ignore the awful stock rims and lights for now and as you can see i pulled the scoop off as well.
