Default gears questionnn??

Ok so im about to order some 4.10's. I was going to get 3.73's because I plan on twin turboing in the next years or so but my question was is it 110% necessary to get the 3.73s's since im turboing it? or will it still be alright with 4.10's?

i have a 98 v6 manual, and i highly recommend the 4.10s in my situation... you have SO much more power off the line!!!

in my particular case, i actually get better gas milage.. i dont really have any highways around me, and its fairly rare that i find myself in a situation where taking the highway is convient... its better because it brought 5th gear down to a feasible gear for running 55-65, while still having a little kick in the *** when needed... prior to the gear swap i usually cruised in 4th gear...

to be honest, most mustang guys opt for the supercharger when they decide to go FI..

I have been asking the gear question for months now and I cant get a good solid answer but from what I have heard is that 3.73's are better for manuals?

for my particular driving situation, the 4.10s work out nicely...

i think if i lived about anywhere else i'd probably want 3.73s..

4.10s are pretty steep for highway driving.. as far as the manual goes, the gears nearly render 1st gear useless in most situations.. - i assume thats why they tell you they arn't so good on manuals..

yeah the usual rule is:

Manual - 3.73's
Auto - 4.10's

I think i'm getting 410's here soon even though i'll be taking like four 5 hour trips this summer I will be mostly in the city... i got an auto

well i can pull more power out of some turbos.. plans are for twins.

im also auto but have a 30 min highway drive to work and back almost everyday but i dont care about the drop in mpg...

and i would get the 3.73s but ive read some where that our stock is a 3.27? and that there wasnt really a huge difference there.

i just want to know if it will be alright with the turbos later on
