Default Hitting the Drive Shaft?

I think my H pipe is hitting my drive shaft. I was driving today and a light turned red so I had to push on my brakes harder than normal (not slammed, but enough to stop the car). When I did this, it felt like my exhaust was scrapping the ground (which I don't think is likely since I don't have a drop yet). It also happens when I go over bumps that are moderate in size.

What I'm thinking is that since the exhaust pipes are connected to my undercarriage, pushing on my brakes hard is causing the body of my car to lean forward .This in turn pulls up on my exhaust causing my H pipe to hit my drive shaft which makes a scrapping sound as the drive shaft is rotating. This is the only thing I can think of. They had to move my H pipe back since I put on my Long Tubes. Let me know if this makes since or if I'm just wayyy off base. Thanx.

p.s. It's not the MAC H pipe, its custom fabed.

if thats the case, you need to demand that they redo it.. long tube headers are not a reason to push a H back so far that the drive shaft hits..

however clearence is something that shops go out of their way to check.. especially things that have to do with the rear end and drive shaft..

It's really the only explanation that I can think of. Surely I'm not scrapping on the road.

It's easy to tell if anything is rubbing on it, it'll leave a very obvious rub mark.

My driveshaft used to hit the far corner of of my driver side muffler, a couple wacks of the hammer solved that though.

I think this might be what it is. My H pipe is too far away to be a factor. The Mufflers on the other hand are Extremely close to the shaft. Thye better not charge me to fix something that they screwed up.
