Well its more of a question than a problem. When i pulled the duster guard off the bellhousing i noticed a few pellet shaped pieces of metal came out the bellhousing. When i pulled the tranny apart form the bellhousing a few more of the pellet things came out. The release bearing looks liked it warped and shattered, im wondering if that could be the source of my problem??

 

The pellet shaped pieces are the rollers from the bearing, I'd say it's cooked.
