Default need some advice on tires

Can get black bullitts instead of the mach 1s, for anyone who read the other thread I posted in, for not much more. $810 for rims, tires, and lug nuts balanced and shipped for free from am. Thinking about doing that but how are these tires, http://www.americanmuscle.com/sumito...0%5E9%5E863.95 Don't need anything amaznig just a tire that will have decent tread wear and are better than my fuzion hris. Any advice, was really looking to do these because of the price and the fact that from am they come mounted, balanced, and shipped for free

I heard pretty good things about Sumitomo HTR Z tires. I was going to buy HTR Z II for my rims but I got a pretty good deal on some Goodyear Eagle F1's.

Good to know, because they are a really good price. I know they won't stick like the nittos but will be better than what I have I think. Pretty sure I'm going to order these. Will only cost me $410 because...welll long story but 410 for new rims and tires pretty excited. Then I can take the other $500 I saved and buy the mach 1 brake upgrade, I hear its amazing over stock, even though I just painted my calipers and replaced the pads

Black bullitts with the chrome lip would look better on your car anyway. Go for it! As for the tires, I don't know, but I had the hri's and they sucked ***** compared to my Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Specs I've got now. They would hydroplane and slide around in the rain bad. With my tires now, it's like I'm driving on a sunny day when it's actually a downpour (excluding puddles).

I haven't done the Mach 1 brake install yet, but I should next weekend since my parts are on the way. It was $360 + $55 shipping from buyfordracing and everything has already came fast as advertised! Totally sweet. I ordered the rear bracket kit and Hawk HPS pads front/rear pads from AM yesterday. I went to the auto parts store today to get some rear end oil, RTV sealant, pad & caliper grease, brake fluid, and the tool used to compress the rear calipers. Gonna pick up some 1000+ degree paint for the rotors tomorrow so they don't rust. Also, I got my GT rear sway bar yesterday, but it's been raining all day, so I haven't fooled with it yet. I'll post pics and stuff like I did with the spring install with the brakes.

Yeahh deffinatly post back and let me know, I've heard the hps pads throw off alot of brake dust though. But I was thinking about throwing a set on the back since I might be upgrading the fronts too.

I wash my car every week, so I don't really care about brake dust. But I will get pics and all up sometime within the next 2 weeks.
