for a while now every now n then while im driving normal my engine seems like it looses power for half a second and then its fine? i dont know. any one have this kinda proble before?

 

i have the same problem in mine... im guessing its because i beat the **** out of mine... but i've been easier on it lately. anyone else have this problem?

 

Ok so basic info is needed...how many miles on the engine? Any mods done to it? When did you last do a tune up? (wires, plugs, oil change, air filter)...when does this happen the most? When you put your foot into it? When the a/c is on? When your just cruizing? Is it warmed up when this happens? How often does it happen?

well it a 97 v6 3.8L block bored out to a 4.2 with 4.2 port and polished heads uper and lower intake port and polish demon coil borg werner wires top line plugs underdrive kit cam straight pipes theres only 45000 on the block since the bore and build it has a 5 speed itll happen when im going normal never when im flooring it and going above a hundred but just average aceleration and its like a hlaf secod of power loss the tach never drops ive set up a vid camra infront and then played it bak when it did it and nothing but im getting sick of it im about to buy a 09 shleby and about to sell my 98' for 8000 because i got a 11.7 quater just 3 weeks ago with a worn out 8.8 t-loc and street slicks its good ive done every mod my self and i just cant figure it out ive checked every singe inch of wire checking for shorts between the computer and coils but i cant figure it out any help would be nice

 

Did you check for grammer? There is such a thing as periods (.). I cant even read what you wrote, it all just blends together.

its called being drunk at the time. and the fact that i didnt know that fourms require perfect grammer for people not to respond with dick head comments. and a personal question? y would u put a strut tower brace on a car maybe pushing 195hp?

 

is the ac or defrost on?

try and get an injector test done maybe see if any are below the others

 

no ac its been deleted and it happens regardless of what the climate control is doing and i got brand new injectors about 5 thousande miles ago i dont kno **** pisses me off but atleast im still getiing 25 mpg when i kinda beat the **** out of my car at all times
