Thumbs up Trunk problems

I just got my first car which is a 96 mustang convertable. I am having trunk problems.... Its wont open and the keyhole has fell down inside the trunk.. is there any other way i can open the trunk..?

Your back seats should pull down....oh wait...do convers rear seats not lay down?? And you dont have a truck release?

as far as i am aware of no the seats dont pull down. The cover from the roof is separating the trunk from the seats so idk

And i dont think i have a trunk release no.. if i would have do you know where it would be

inside your glove compartment there will be a yellow button...it pops open the trunk.

Or on your remote. If your buttons are worn off, it's the button on the bottom right. Should be blue, just don't hit the red button lol
