ENGINE PROBLEM..HELP!!!
Heres the situation...got '01 with 78K miles. Throwout bearring was getting ridiculously annoying so decided to go ahead and get new clutch. Got buddy to put in new clutch andv everything went in fine. First issue...from about 800-1100 rpm in neutral or in gear,it feels like the floorboard is shaking. Not vibrating but almost like a heavy out of balance feel...any ideas on what this could be? And so answer your first question yes the flywheel was machined. So thats not even the big issue but obviously want to know what it is/how to fix it. Next thing,we changed oil and trans fluid during clutch replacement. Then i changed plugs and wires without a problem. Then all of a sudden about 3-4 weeks after doing all this if i accelerate too quickly/press the pedal past a certain point is sputters and chokes really bad.it almost doesnt accelerate once it passes that threshold. So it spits and chokes once it passes certain depth on gas pedal BUT if you accelerate slowly and dont pass the point it feels perfectly normal...except for the low idle shaking. someone please help me and tell me what they think this could be...my only thought is TPS...? SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE...I WANNA SELL THE CAR VERY SOON AND GOING TO BE HARD IF IT WONT ACCELERATE!!!!
