No. The mounting locations are different. Why would you wanna do that? Just get a regular 99-04 3.8 Mustang engine if you want something that will swap and give you more power. Better yet, find a 3.8 with the m90 supercharger from a t-bird supercoupe.

IF I had a ****load of $$$$ and alot of time to kill, the only thing I'd use from a Camaro would be a el es juan.

The only reason I ask is because my head gaskets went out and there was an engine I could get for $100 and it would be cheaper than replacing the gaskets.

Any motor will fit in any car if you have the time, patience, tools, know-how, and money.

It will fit but you will need the bell housing, the input shaft to the T5 used on the Camaro, if that camaro were an auto you would have to get a flywheel and maybe harmonic dampener depending on if the auto and manual were ballanced differently.

Getting the Camar's T5 would probably be cheaper, just change the input shaft/yoke on the driveshaft.

Thats all provided that you are a manual car.

Then you would need cusom motormounts, make sure everything clears like the oil filter and pan, then you will need to run the Camaro's Wiring and ECM to controll the engine.

An there is a lot more BS that goes into it from there.

Your looking at way more than a $100 dollars.

Finding another 3.8L is your cheapest route.

Good luck
