Angry Engine Misfire??? Please help!

Hi all,

I have a 98 stang v6 and I seem to have problems with my engine stalling real hard, but the funny thing is that it stops stalling all on its own. When it stalls hard the check engine light comes on so I decided to pull up some codes. At first it said that cylinder 1 is misfiring, so I decided to check the spark and spark is ok so now I think the problem may be the injector because it misfires for random periods of time. So after cyclinder 1 stoped misfiring for a while, it started all over again, but this time it was cylinder 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What could be the problem??? I really dont think I got 2 bad injectores right? All timing seems to work ok so I think maybe injector pulses are not working properly which leads me to believe something is wrong with the ECU.

What do you guys think, any input is appricieated!

Coil pack may be failing.

If that checks out then look at the ignition module (on the passenger side fenderwell, small 3" or so square box)

Mine has lots of misfires and my father in law said to clean the EGR valve.
It corrected 95% of the misfires I had.
It's worth a try.
