Your first issue that the cougar has a singleport engine, your second issue is wirining, your third issue is the return fuel style fuel rail, your fourth issue is ECU tuning, your fifth issue is a singleport engine is an older engine and will not be legal when inspected.

There are many many many other issues you will run into. Its best just to get another 99-04 engine (99-00 just swap your intakes over and retain the dampener and flywheel that came with the engine.)
