Option 3: Keep those rims, get a mach 1 chin spoiler, roush rear black out vinyl, paint black inbetween the tail lights.
Option 4: Get 18'd with dd's in the rear and regulars up front.
My contribution, didn't like your options lol sorry. Clean mustang though, lovin the black on blue which is why I vote option 3.
