Default Differentials

I'm looking at differentials online and am not sure what to get. The Detroit Truetrac is the one I hear the most about, but Ford Racing sells them as well. Besides the cost ($450 for Detroit, $210 for Ford Racing) what is the real difference? Is it a waste to buy the cheaper one? I'd rather not spend too much money, but I do know that a differential can be broken, given enough force is applied. This is no race car, by any means, but I do like to have my fun, showing up ricers on the road.

Another question, what else do I need to buy when I put in a LSD and gears?

I would go with the detroit or auburn locker setup, some have busted pumpkins with bolt ons so why do it twice for a little more money. I believe you will also need the bearing kit too, might as well while you are in there coggin' the rear.
