Default another issue trying to start

ok so here the problem. When my car sits for more then 6+ hours it's hard to start. like today i got off work, tried to start, it it sounded awful, it was trying, then it started, ran rough, died (kinda like no gas)*but smelled unburnt gas after it died) then started it again after that runs fine. there no loss of power while driven i think... of i havent noticed any loss.
My thoughts could be the Screaming coil pack. Plugs could be to big of gap im not sure if i moved it up due to the coil pack.
no fuel pressure in the lines after it sits for that long.
starter it going bad. Tranny shop stripe the bolts from the starter while removing tranny

any idead will be nice. thanks in advance

Try turning the key on and off a few times before starting it. If that helps it start better than your fuel pump isnt priming.

But if your smelling unburnt gas then it could be a problem with the plugs.

Check for corrosion and then take to auto zone and have them test the battery and alternator

ok i turn the key on and off 5-6 times and tried to start still had a hard time starting. when i check my plugs there were darkish brown black. but only for 8k miles. i know when i last change then my friend said they had lots of carbon build up. i going to switch to my stock coil pack today because while on the interstate i only got 21 mpg on 93 oct tune before the tune i got 28-29 after the tune i got 30-31 on the interstate after 4-5 months after the tune thats when it being ****ty.

Seafoam your car before you get new plugs.

I seafoam it already 1 month ago. i change the Screaming demon coil pack to my stock coil pack. but what i don't get the Live Wires can attach to my motor craft one. it said they cant fit but it fits and it runs Smoother and goes faster. so im going to give the guys a call about the coil because it less then a year
