Default Can I Get More HP?

I know the 2000 V6 stock pulls 190HP, but I have had the following done in the last month:

17" Tires replaced stock tires
Put in dual magnaflow exhaust (that made a HUGE difference in my takeoff/acceleration!)
K&N Mustang FIPK Air Intake Kit (really made it rumble!!!)...

How many HP am I pulling now, I know I'm probably over 200HP.

Also, my car has the smog pump (California car), and my buddy who did all of this for me says if he takes out the California emissions junk I'll get even more HP and more gas mileage.

Is he right, and what else can I do to bump up the HP?

Thanks!

your prob sitting at around 165rwhp.

Also tires dont give you hp. The K&N intake prob gave you like 3hp and the exhaust about 10hp.

Do you live in california? If so you might not pass emissions after you take out emission related stuff.

No, I live in Oklahoma City, no emissions testing here, so taking out the California emissions will make it like any other mustang on the road here.

actually on horse power tv on there drag truck they did a dyno with a lower gear and when they upped the gear ratio horsepower went up slightly, after all horse power is a calculation of torque, acceleration, and engine speed so it only makes sense giving the wheels a better torque advantage would increase power at the wheels

Can you explain what on your car is falling under the term "California Emissions" for me?
