I have nearly everything you'd need, save for bolts and gaskets. and yes, the HP gains seem minimal, but the TQ gains are rather impressive. you're single-port 3.8 NA sits around 150hp/215tq the m90 will put you around 220hp/330tq. check the link in my sig.
