go with some 3.73 gears or 4.10s. Either one will increase your pull all the way through the RPM range. if you want more power in a specific range, a cam with ported upper and lower intake would do well.
Twin screw supercharger would work nicely, but since they don't make an adaptor for one for a V6 (unless the whipple will work with SSMs as it's based off of the M-112), the roots based M-112 will add top end power across the entire power band at WOT pretty much instantly.

Well there you go, you can use a Whipple twin screw on a sixer, so with that said, Whipple for the win (still a Kenne Bell man myself, but not sure if that will work).
