What do you mean top end? Top speed or top end power in the powerband?

go with some 3.73 gears or 4.10s. Either one will increase your pull all the way through the RPM range. if you want more power in a specific range, a cam with ported upper and lower intake would do well.

Twin screw supercharger would work nicely, but since they don't make an adaptor for one for a V6 (unless the whipple will work with SSMs as it's based off of the M-112), the roots based M-112 will add top end power across the entire power band at WOT pretty much instantly.

Hey, you asked, I'm skipping all the small crap and giving the best mod IMO.

Well there you go, you can use a Whipple twin screw on a sixer, so with that said, Whipple for the win (still a Kenne Bell man myself, but not sure if that will work).
