Default V8 Engine Swap

First thing, dont bash it, I just want facts.

I have a 302 v8 with a 5 speed tranny, carbeurated (cant spell worth crap).
I want to swap it into my 1995 v6. My v6 has 215k miles on it, and is running like crap.
I already have the 302, im not selling it, and im not buying a low mile v6, a v6 from an f150, or any other v6.
The v8 is going in my car. What do i need for it to drop in, i.e. engine mounts, tranny mounts, anything of that sort. Also thinking of leaving out the power steering for weight reduction. Has anyone deleted their power steering and like it/love it?

*EDIT* It also has a starter and alternator and fires up sitting in my garage. I'm hoping it'll drop in and go, but knowing my luck, it won't be that easy...
