Accident
lol make it a bigger deal whether you call it a bolt or drain plug cuz that's all you got, and if that's what you make another assumation of your mechanical skills vs mine you really are a retard.
I admitted I was aggressive and not smart about it, and you got on my nuts as soon as i made the post and assumed i was completely irrational in what happened.
Police Report:
Driver #1 - Her
Driver #2 - Me
Driver #1 states as she was making a left turn into driveway of number <address> she was struck on the drivers side by Driver #2. Driver #1 was stopped to the right of the road, and as Driver #2 went around her to pass, she turned in front of him and he struck her vehicle. Driver #2 also stated that Driver #1 did not signal turn into driveway.
I definitely didn't lose.

You do realize all the police report is is documentation of what you say and what she said. No where there does she say she was at fault, she didn't mention anything about pulling over to the right or not using a blinker.
So basically that just shows that you gave the cops the same story you said here. Doesn't relieve you of any guilt at all.

if your not gonna get my ***** out of your mouth then i'm not replying anymore.
The police report goes a long way with the insurance companies. The way he documented it sounds like he saw what happened; whether or not it was my story the insurance co. will read that. - I didn't say I won.

Ok if you "definitely didn't lose" then that means you won, so you said you won.
And really this isn't about winning or losing, it is about your idiocy behind the wheel.
The only part of a police report that will go anywhere with an insurance company is if the officer actually witnessed something, which they didn't. The report, as you posted it above, is clear that they are recording a statement from both Driver 1 and driver 2, so it is your word against hers as to what happened, and with the front end of your car damaged you have any uphill battle to show you aren't at fault.
The basic rule of auto accident fault is if you are behind someone you should be maintaining a safe distance and be able to stop before hitting them. You can claim whatever you want, but the fact is you were unable to stop before hitting them, so it is your fault.

If he wasnt cited or the LEO didnt make reference to him being at fault on the report then he wasnt at fault and that is what matters.
And there are instances where you hit someone in the rear and it is the other cars fault. The report states DR1 stated she was stopped to the right of the road and entered the passing veh DOT --this would imply DR1 failed to yield thru traffic right of way.
I worked for 10 Years on a mid-level Camping World Series Team, most teams (including the one I worked for) don't have much in terms of payroll, so most of the members are volunteers.
My day job during much of those 10 years was working for an insurance company in Hartford, so yea I do know a little bit about how the insurance company works.
And I never said there would never be a situation where the driver in the back would be found not at fault. But those situations are rare.
The report doesn't mention Driver 1 saying she was on the right side of the road, perhaps you should re-read it.

And what team is/was based out of Conneticut, and was Mid-level and mostly volunteer? and I thought you previously stated it was a nationwide team not a truck team?

First, he has edited his post with the police report since I commented on it, which only indicates that he is most likely lying his *** off.
Second, I never said I worked on a Nationwide team, I said I worked on a Camping World Series team. Not Camping World Truck Series, but Camping World Series. I know that can be confusing to someone like you, but a few seconds on google should clear that up. See the Camping World Series is NASCAR's middle tier series (hence mid-level).
