Default Electrical Question

I am currently looking for a V6 94-96 for my daughter and have noticed some here have posted to avoid those years because they have a tendency to have electrical problems. Instead of one of those, get a 99+.

This is 2005. Wouldn't those problems be rectified by now, or would that be an ongoing problem now matter what you do?

Default RE: Electrical Question

Some problems take many years to come up (look at the ignition module recall...8 years after the fact) and not to mention it's up to the owner when the recall is made to actually take it in for repairs. That's one thing Carfax won't mention to you...repair history unless it's related to the title (accidents).
