Default Stupid Question

I have a fairly new set of 10.5" AFS Mach Rims and my car is caked in rock salt right now.. I just realized the thing ain't gunna fit through the car wash...Or am I wrong? Maybe not even the front rims? The guy said he didnt want to take any chances. It looks like it will either not fit at all or get scuffed up badly.

don't be a b!tch, wash it with a hose!!! You need to take those wheels off and clean the backs of them anyway, so do that and swap your stockers on for the car wash.

I dont trust car wash's, maybe a touchless one. I just go to the little bays on the side that have the mini pressure washers with soap. All my house's outside water lines a turned off due to the weather so no washing it at home for me. But I was looking at the same thing the other day with my 9 inch wide rims, they didn't look like they would fit. I wouldn't chance it. +1 to Ryan, sack up.

go in the house and fill the bucket full of warm water. I don't really care how cold it is as long as its not about to rain...

How do you wash a car when it's below freezing, even in a car wash? The mist freezes faster.

Like Nike, Just do it.

Seriously though you they run car wash's all winter unless its like retardedly freezing. And using hot water at home works.

You and your 60 degree winter weather can gtfo! (mod or not lol)

We have a couple here that use warmed water in a closed bay for the whole touchless wash thing.

We wash our cars by hand with the only exception of using those touchless car washes that offer an under chassis wash to help get any sold build up off.

After it warms up we put it up on ramps and wash the underside to get any remaining salt off.

The best way to wash rims is by hand, unless that is you want them to go to hell in a couple years.
