So ryan if you want to move this feel free. I don't feel like posting it in the street strip thread cause all I'll get is, buy a V8. My car won't be getting f/i if it even does for at least a year or two. So my plans for the car are full bolt ons and possible a cam.

What do you think my car would run with street tires, windstar conversion, longtubes, catted h, 8.8 swap with 4.10s, 42%udp, aluminum driveshaft, custom tune? I would hope for like mid 14's but not positive. How much do you think a port and polished lower,cam and a low stall (maybe 2,500) would help out? With the stall cam/lower I would hope to see basement 14's. By that time I hope to have close to 100 pounds out of the car since the last run. Going to actually empty the trunk this time (spare tire and junk) and hopefully corbeaus with manual drivers seat.

With a cai,canned tune, and catback it ran a 16.1 at 86mph just so you know.

Shaun the street tires would be your enemy here. I think if you throw some slicks into the mix that you would have no problem getting into the high 14's. With the h/c/i, bolt ons, gears, tires, and weight loss you should have no problem with the low to mid 14's. Maybe my guess is off because I'm not thinking straight but its a guess lol.

I am 18, my parents got me the car and wouldn't let me get a GT or any V8 for that matter. Practically everything listed there will be a gift of some form. I don't pay for alot of the stuff done to my car. Sooo I can ask for ****ing video games for christmas or car parts...hmmmm idk which to choose. I just want a quicker more fun dd. I mean seriously dude why can't you and other v8 knuckle draggers realize that the v6 has potential? My uncle who has been into 5.0s his whole life and owns a modded termi and a 351 in a lx body admits that the little 3.8 with the right parts is capable of hurting v8 guys feelings.
