Default Loose steering when driving straight

Hi Everyone,

I am still struggling with loose steering when driving straight on my 2000 mustang. I've been having this problem for a LONG time and still haven't figured it out. I have new EVERYTHING but and a custom alignment (car tracks straight nicely) but the stupid wheel is SO LOSE driving straight...it tightens up nicely around curves, however, but just is rediculously loose driving straight. Here's my set up:

1.5" lowering springs
Steeda X2 ball joints
Steeda CC plates
Custom alignment
Steeda bumpsteer kit
New steering rack
Maximum Motorsports Steering Shaft

The car drives straight and I don't get bumpsteer, it's just the steering wheel feels loose. Thought the steering shaft woulda fixed the slop, but it did literally nothing. What the HECK is wrong?? Need an answer because I've been dealin with this for years and nobody can figure it out. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated it.

Sounds like a bad tie rod end.
