I'm guessing mid 15's, say 15.4. GL

First time out? Mid 15's seems about right. Could hit low 15's if you get your launch down and everything goes right.

Just for comparison. My car is a vert and auto so like 300lbs heavier than yours. I ran with crappy tires, cai, tuner, and catback and hit a 16.1.

longtubes, 3.73s and posi, cai, 93 tune, not a lot of traction thru second gear, i hit 14.7-14.9, for a comparison.

I don't know, I was wondering the same thing. I've got 4.10s w/ T-Lok, CAI, exhaust, 5 speed and would probably be borrowing some slicks or drag radials. Any idea on time?

Don't know how long that tlock will hold up at the track running slicks. Probably close. Low 15's high 14's. Depends on driver, the track, weather too many variables but that would be my guess.

I wouldn't be too surprised. Like I said, I have an auto vert with a cai, tuner, and catback and hit a 16.1 and I'm sure people have hit lower with that setup but it was my first time. So lets say my car could do a 15.9. He has about 300lbs less than me, a better flowing exhaust, 5 speed which if you know how to launch will help a ton of out the hole compared to a stock stall auto, posi, and gears. It still sounds a like a big jump but when you look at it that way, it seems more probable.

i consider myself a pretty good driver, not to be cocky about it, obviously theres better. but i get a pretty decent 60 foot time for my mods and at the time was on reallly ****ty tires, the track prep was always weird, i could launch with no spin or minimal spin but as soon as i hit 2nd they would break loose all the way up to top 2nd gear speed. from experience with different 3.8s, idk what it is but some seem to be slower or faster, i think i got the lucky end. stock for stock my 3.8 with 77k mles at the time was faster than my buddies dads 04 3.9 with 36k miles by a pretty noticable difference. also maybe my conditions were better up here for the track, who knows

I'm no track person myself, I prefer and handle corners better than anyone I've encountered so far. not calling BS, just surprising that with that little you matched the "advertised" stock gt 1/4 time. Also says a lot to your track skills
