Default cam swap?

How hard is it really? Any tips or things I should know that I might run into while doing said swap. Any pointers would be great. Thanks guys.

do you still ahve to go through the breakin procedure with a used cam? i assume so

I would suggest it.
Any time I have my motor apart, I take it easy on it for awhile.
