SO since I've had the Mustang I thought the middle two ac vents didn't work good. I figured something was wrong with the ducting behind them. Keep in mind I've had this car since March. So today I'm trying to pull out one of those vent air fresheners. The type that you shove into the vents. Well when I pulled it the whole vent came out. Thats when I see my problem.

The vents were closed! Seems the two middle vents are *** backwards to the two side vents. The ones on the side if the vent control thing is UP then they are OPEN. But the two in the middle are DOWN instead. DOH! I had them closed the whole time wondering wth was wrong with them. Sigh.

Now it gets very cold in the cabin instead of just ok.

 

its forgivable since you havent had that car for too long lol. atleast you found the problem. imagine if you took it to a shop to fix

At least your AC works. Mine just crapped out this week and living in Southern Cali in the middle of summer with no AC is POO.....

You don't need A/C (or heat for that matter). It's all just extra weight.

 

Just a luxury ehh Matt? Come to think about it, I don't use anything other than the Vent option 95% of the time...
