What all can I take off when i delete the EGR? I already have the EGR tube and DPFE taken off. Plugged the vac line that goes to the EGR valve and am just going to cut a plate for the EGR valve. I could prob just take the whole valve mounting bracket off, yes?

I'll be ripping out that annoying tube on the passenger manifold side.

How does a EGR delete benefit the car?

One less part that can break on your car.

And I can never get the nut tight on the manifold.

I can see how taking it off would make it so that there is one less part to break, but it must be there for a reason.

What does it do to the car when it is removed?

It does nothing to the car. Its just there because someone thought it reduce emissions back in the 70's.

Can I pass emissions without it though? hmmm....that could be a problem. With a tune to delete it and the codes I assume I would be alright no? Doesn't the egr system as well spray all that gunk thats lining my lower intake runners?

Once the EGR is off you will not see the black in your runners.
