Default Horrible Alignment Settings?

So my car has been all over the highway, its horrible and I know that the rear end is causing half of it.. The bushings are worn from driving it hard. However the front end is also pretty bad and it's even worse since I got the alignment.

My current settings are:

Drivers side: -1.3 Camber +5.4 Caster
Passenger side: -1.2 Caster +5.6 Camber

Total Toe: .28 (.15 & .14) Steer Ahead: .01

My previous Toe was .99 which prevented some of the left to right swaying on the highway. Could this be the issue or or is the Caster affecting it?

I have coil overs up front with CC plates.

Yes negative. It doesn't actually read negative on the paper but yes negative as in tilted inwards.

When one of my wheel bearings started going out, my car was all over the place, and of course the alignment couldn't fix it.

Oh... the good old days packing bearings with your palm... Drum brakes... WAIT I don't miss Drums, brake shoes FTL. Amazing how a 5... 10 dollar part will make the car feel like it's broken. I'm not saying a bearing is your problem OP, but it wouldn't surprise me either. GL

Try a $75 part, you can't repack front bearings, they're a bolt on sealed unit

I have 59k miles and I changed the passenger side wheel bearing at 22k miles. Plus I thought you could jiggle the wheel if the bearing was bad? They are both rock solid with new tie rods.

I never had to do bearings on any of my mustangs, I was mainly referring to older fords or mopars about packing bearings. 75 bucks(overpriced), wow, learn something new everyday So are the rears different or same situation?

Just the front since it's the whole hub assembly, the rear is just a bearing.

And to the OP my rear bushing are **** and it causes mine to track horribly as well

But again wouldn't you be able to move the rear wheels slightly or hear the bearings if that was the case. They are silent.

For my alignment to feel as bad as it is I would think its a bearing but its not. I guess I'll just fix the toe and do some LCA's.
