If you have NGK TR55GP... throw those in the garbage. They lasted about 4 months on my car.

Most definitely are.

Get the TR5's or Motocraft replacements.

The blower puts more loss on the alt, possibly drawing roma down just enough to get it to a sweet spot

UPDATE: There's a new symptom that just popped up last night around 6PM 12/28. It was around 20 degrees out and drove about 50+ miles to visit my girl at work. I ran into a group of mustangs and drove it pretty hard but not all the way to redline, just about 4k. But then when I got to small roads, **when the cars turning left or right slowly around 15 mph it felt VERY rough and the car was rumbling. Straightened out the wheels and it's fine, reving above 1.5k and it's fine.. not sure what can cause this except power steering?**

Whenever something pops up that seems questionable I always keep it down in a log with time/date/external air temp to see if there's common connections to other symptoms.

almost sounds like a fuel or fuel supply problem. When you get to the lower speeds = lower RPM's the car is starting to run rough correct? I would go with spark problem or fuel problem. Could be the plugs not burning correctly (or hot enought) and the detonation is off.

how full was your gas tank when you took those turns?

The wifes 96' had a bad pump that had similar problems.

So fuel or spark.

Fuel was just barely under 1/2 and I'm starting to believe it's the fuel pump but I'd also like to check the spark's like you've all suggested. Thanks for the advice!

UPDATE: Ever since I've owned the car when it's warmed up and running the engine temp was ALWAYS dead center in the middle of it's meter. But just recently along with the other symptoms from last night, the needle now leans noticeably more to the "Cold" side of the gauge.

UPDATE (second): Adding to the symptoms - Idle Surge, I think this helps identify the problem now, thinking spark plugs/wires? Also would the battery also play a part? After the cold started coming I've noticed a lot of the white puffy battery acid foaming around the terminals. Think the situation is close to being identified!
Also.. the coil pack order is
1 2 3
5 6 4 correct?

Found a similar case where the low fuel and turning would cause the car to shake and the person said it was the fuel pump, he replaced his twice but the problem still persisted. Unfortunately his thread died in February unresolved.

By the feeling of it when I drive I'm fairly certain the problem is fuel related, but if these problems coexist with each other I may end up just replacing it all and seeing if the problem is eliminated completely. If not... guess I'm SOL haha...

Pull all your plugs out and post up some pics.

that is the correct order for the coil pack.

as for the battery terminals. grab some baking soda and mix it in water, then pour it over the terminals. It will get rid of that corrosion.
