Nobody makes solid motor mounts for this car...
If you try to mod the GT mounts, let me know how that works out for you.

Why would you need them is the real question?

you could just make a set if your any type of a fabricator. you need to put a solid tranny mounts to.

No, don't do that!

Solid motor mounts and a poly trans mount, something that can flex.

if the trans can flex while the motor is solid doesnt that run a risk of cracking the tranny open? we put a set in a my old toyota like 5 years ago and i thought we did both for that reason, i could be mistaken thought there has been a lot of beer in my life that could be clouding my mind

Nope if the trans CAN'T flex you'll crack the case....

When you get into race cars where the chasis is stiff enough it doesn't really matter.

I've actually seen people have issues with solid motor mounts and poly trans mount, you actually need to use rubber on the tranny when running solids. Poly's all the way around is ok though.
