Default Plastic piece under dashboard... replaceable?

So today I heard a rattling in my car (nothing I hate more than a rattle) so I looked under my dashboard and noticed that plastic piece (on both sides) that hide all the wires was missing. I never had this rattle before so that's why I looked and I think someone got in my car and tried messing with something under there. That's what I'm thinking.
So my question is, is that plastic piece replaceable? If you don't know what I'm talking about I'll send a picture.
Please reply if you know anything, thanks.

Best places to look are ebay, cragslist, and a junkyard. A Ford dealership will rape you over the price.

Look up a Ford dealship website and go to Parts Inventory. Most of the time you can look up piece's by year and it will give you a "exploded" view of the area you are looking for a part. You can get the part number this way....thats what I do anyway.
