Lately I have been noticing rough shifting between gears. its much more noticeable on the lower gears and it almost feels like the connection is loose or something. Sometimes if I let off the gas and drift then hit the gas again in a lower gear it will bump. I also noticed that shifting is a bit notchy and sometimes I have trouble getting it into reverse right after start up. Before anyone asks this has nothing to do with my experience with driving a manual. The shifting seems to be the worst right after a cold start up. Anyone know what the issue might be?

 

the notchy shifting could be from the syncros getting warn. my one car has a little trouble getting into reverse too, i just jam at it until it goes the whole way in someone should have a better suggestion than me though
