i have a 96 3.8 the electric fan dosent come on i changed the temp sensor the factory guage works but the fan dosent come on any ideas

 

Check fuses first. The whip out a multi-meter and see if the fan is getting power and ground. If you don't get one or the other or both, run a jumper wire from the positive terminal on the battery to the positive terminal on the fan (with the fan disconnected of course), then run another jumper wire from the negative terminal of the battery to the negative terminal on the fan. If the fan is good, it should turn on and you have a wiring issue. If not, then the fan is bad. Good luck...
