Every now and then when I try to go in first it will not go in....it will just be in the postion to go in first but will not push up....I have to try to do it like 2-3 times before it goes in.....but this is rare like once every two weeks or soo. Anyone have any ideas whats going on???

 

rev the engine before u take it out of gear and go into first that actually helped me cuz i had the same problem you have. it still happens to me but usually if i rev the engine a little it will go it, not always though but see if that helps you

i had that same issue from a dead stop, it was annoying because it would always take me a couple of seconds to get it into 1st at a light with ppl behind me lol. i added gear oil and that helped somewhat, either that or i figured out how tow to put it in right lol
