My Reverse isnt working, the car is manual and shifts into other gears just fine, but just the reverse isnt doing anything, theres no grinding and the transmission is smooth. It seems to be trying to stick. If you guys have any thoughts it would be greatly appreciated.

 

Sounds like the shift linkage is worn or out of adjustment.

 

Internal transmission problem.
