Got a 04 mustang 3.9 v6 auto and I put a cam synozier in it and sensor and drove it for a couple of days and now a code p1336 that is a crankshaft position system variation not learned what does that mean any help please?

 

Looks like the cam position synchronizer was not installed correctly. How does it drive? the same?
