Default Engine codes and misfire

I recently started having a low rpm misfire that has been getting progressively worse. My check engine light has been on for awhile due to a EGR code. After the misfire started I had the codes checked again. I did a tune up including:spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, and K&N filter around 3000 miles ago. I am trying to determine what I need to fix to get rid of all the codes and fix the misfire. The car has around 100k miles, I will have to check to get the exact number.
Codes
P1409
EGR vacuum regulator circuit fault
P0161
Heater condition (Heated oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 2)
P0155
Heater condition (Heated oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 1)
P0141
Heater condition (Heated oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2)
P0135
Heater condition (Heated oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 1)
P1451
Evap system canister vent solenoid circuit malfunction
P0443
Evaporative emission system purge/vent solenoid circuit condition.

Update: I replaced the EGR valve, reset the codes by disconnecting the battery, and the same codes came back. I then replaced the DPFE sensor and still have codes. My interior lights started surging every time the engine turns over so I had my battery and alternator checked. I replaced the battery and I am still having the lights surging. I do not know what to attempt to fix next or do I know of any mechanic that is worth a ****. Please give me some advice.

The computer can't find all 4 of your o2 sensors. That seems suspicious to me. 1 or two maybe, but not all 4. That would make me think that there is some electrical issue going on somewhere. If your handy with a multi-meter, and you don't have a good mechanic near by, I would pick up the factory service manual & the Electrical diagnostics manual so you can trace the wires back to the computer. Most likely you have a wire that has disconnected or broken somewhere in the chain. Worst case scenario is your PCM is bad. Good luck...

First thought was all 4 o2 sensors and the EVAP purge flow valve all share a common 12v power feed. But that feed feeds fuel injectors MAF sensor etc. So it's probably not the fuse. But C294 on the PCM is common to all of those circuits. Also a check of ground 104 is probably a good idea. Left front of engine compartment.
