Default Evil Vibrations!

Hey everybody, so I've been experiencing some vibrations in my steering column and pedals over the past couple months. At first it seemed like the classic warped disc brake, which confused me seeing as I literally had just replaced all rotors and pads a short while ago. But the symptoms only really show themselves at high speeds, 50-70+. The vibrations are really present after I've been driving for 10 minutes and start braking, but i can still hear/ feel them sometimes with no foot on the pedal. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just want this thing to ride and drive smoothly.

Sounds like one or more tires are out of balance. Have any of the weights fallen off? You can usually see a dirty spot on the wheel where it used to be. If you rotate the tires the vibration should change. You might want to take a good look at the tires, wear patterns can tell you if you have a strut or shock going out, or if you have an alignment problem.

Hmmmm I'll check it out, the tires are brand new, but I know the shocks and struts are going bad and need to be replaced. As far as I can tell the alignment is good, no pulling one way or the other.

I am having a similar effect! But when ever I step on the gas pedal from a complete stop I hear a cracking/vibrating noise from the front left wheel area.

It could be a bad wheel bearing. Jack up your car and wiggle each wheel by hand. If there is any play at all then you need new bearings. My 01 V6 wheel bearings just went bad last year. I didn't get any vibrations, but that might just be because I caught it early.
